Friendly house rules to ensure that we keep our gym as clean as possible and for everyone to enjoy:... -Mask must stay on at all times exception of taking a drink. This means full coverage of nose and mouth. -Sanitize your hands. -Please take a spray bottle and wipe down before and after each use of equipment. -Maintain social distancing -You may superset with a machine and bring your free weights to that machine. Limit having more than one area to workout in. -When leaving, please clean your spray bottle and leave it on the table for other fellow members to use -Sanitize your hands before leaving -Book your time slot on our Online Reservation system to secure your time at the gym. We have a max capacity limit of 20 ppl per time slot. In October of 2019 I signed up to do a 21 day challenge at Anytime Fitness University Heights. Since that day, I have lost 35 LBS and dropped 12.5% body fat. In addition to that, doing hundreds of burpees, running for 30km or more without stopping, doing 1300m+ elevation gain hikes, they are no longer an issue. Mentally and physically, I always feel fantastic! How is this possible??! Well, when you’re having fun while working out, it’s no longer work. You stop thinking, and you just push yourself for the fun of it to see what you’re capable of. My coach Sherry helps make all the sessions an absolute blast, and she genuinely cares about the success of all her clients. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated and genuine, so you basically have no choice but to stick to your goals! We love what we do.
