There is so many great ways to enjoy oats but this has to be one of the best! This is a great breakfast to keep you full and give you energy to conquer your day. - 3/4 cup of water or non-dairy milk - 1/3 cup of oats - 2 tsp of honey ... - Half an apple - 1/3 cup of frozen blueberries - 1/2 tsp of cinnamon Bring the water/milk, honey, and apples to a boil. Add cinnamon and oats. Let simmer for approximately 10-15 mins (Will vary depending on type of oats and preference). When oats are almost cooked and water is almost absorbed, add blueberries. Stir over low heat till blueberries are soft and oat texture is to your liking. No need to add maple syrup or brown sugar at the end, the honey, apples, and blueberries sweeten it up a ton! Adjust any of the ingredients other than the oats and water to you liking.
