The true victory is from competing with yourself not the others. When we compete with people we never satisfy with our own achievement because there are always million people ahead of us. No matter how we do according to the others' level of success, if we are one step further today, we know that we do better than yesterday.
You can let yourself being free from suffering by treating your anger, hate, and sadness with kindness. Be kind to yourself, life is too short to be sad. The simpliest thing you can do is to smile. By doing this, you all ready letting go of your pain. Smiling more is the way to strengthen your hope to defeat your own enemy-being suffering. Have you smiled today?
Help children learn by respecting their own way of learning. Don't rush, don't push, or force them. By giving them time and space to explore, you already provide the best setting for them to learn.
How we feel about our kids isn't important as how they expereince those feelings and how they regard the way we treat them.
Use love and understanding when parenting your children, not win-lose approach because even if you win, you lose
The key to a success in any career is not skills neither knowledge but passion. Without it, you may be satisfy with your potential when it is recognized by others but you are never satisfy by your own heart.
There are times when love comes with fear such as fear of loosing our love ones or fear of not being loved by our love ones. But we shall give them our love not fear. Fear is our responsibility, not thiers.

When was asked to describe marriage, a participant of my workshop said "it's like the world of wonders, people who are 'in' want to be 'out' and people who are 'out want to be 'in'."
When we are in crisis, our mind set to either flight or fight. The problem seems to follow us when we flight and the problem seems to get bigger when we fight. But if we stop to resist either 'flight or fight' and let go off it. Stay there and learn to be friend with it. At that point, we are able to use our ability to walk through it without fear (flight) or anger (fight).
Love Language: talk less, listen more, hug more, kiss more, and laugh more together
Anger has a short life cycle. But we tend to extend its cycle by putting our thoughts into it.
