Hey AMHERST .. team apc young gunz awesome summer program for youth ages 12- 16 is about to begin again .Amherst young gunz is looking to expand our current team of 6 to a possible 10 for the summer ! This is a strength based program for youth . We flip tires , pull sleds , deadlift . Run . Squat. jump . Bench along with a whole lot of GPP. this programs helps kids stay if in off season for upcoming sports . Gets them.in shape .and Promotes a great team energy !!! The program will run Monday Wednesday and Friday . Class time starting July will be 10 am -noon .
