In light of recent events, we thought it would be best to send out some communication on what our plan is here at Aphelion Media. In light of the COVID-19 Pandemic declaration by the World Health Organization, We have been taking various precautionary measures at our office space and adjusting our operations to ensure the health and safety of our employees as well as our clients. We are making every effort to ensure this situation does not impact our customer service and supp...ort. As of right now, we are still producing content and digital media for a handful of clients who require communications to continue within their organization. We’ve also implemented a digital meeting policy in effect starting Thursday March 19th until further notice. There have been no reported cases of COVID-19 in Windsor thus far, though we are monitoring the situation. Regular businesses, such as ours, that do not serve the larger public have not been mandated to close thus far and so we will continue to operate as usual. We have technology in place that enables us to continue operations remotely and have as many team meetings as we need to online. Nonetheless, there may be some delays as we work through the implications of the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on our processes and procedures. We ask for your patience as we make adjustments and we will communicate any necessary changes. Having said all that, we want to ensure everyone on our team is comfortable. If you do not feel safe coming to any of our currently scheduled video shoots or our downtown office please let us know. We don't want anybody to feel obligated, and fully support anybody who would rather stay at home. In fact, we encourage it. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, comments or concerns. Stay safe folks.
