Week one of 21 days of the Apocalypse Home Challenge. Do the workouts every day...the workout might just be a stretch or a meditation. It will be recorded and some will be live as well! The goal is to stay active in your body and nd rest and recovery as they are part of the plan!... As we get so busy we forget that rest and recovery are just as important as the training so remember that!! Now we are being forced to recognize this. So for the next 21 days and beyond...... Journal every morning, a great way to get started is to do a Gratitude journal. The universe has given us this awesome line of credit called Gratitude!! And since you can only be in one state of emotion at a time this is how to always start the day feeling good! More will attract more. A fun way to do this is to go through the Alphabet and nd things that you are grateful for... it's the simple things we forget. It takes practice and some days seriously I'm just grateful for shoelaces...even though you all know I can't keep mine tied up...LOL!! The more I've practiced the more stuff I nd to be grateful for!! Keep your water up Drink lots of soothing teas wash your hands often Make batches of food and freeze some if you like. if you don't have an ingredient make a substitution. If you don't like something don't force yourself to eat it!! Pick something from a different day and have that instead. The idea is to have tasty whole real foods!! Stay vibing high and really look for the good, what you focus on comes into focus!!!! Apocalypse Tip #1 Drink more water. Get at least a litre in for the next 21 days!
