SO......I have been sitting back and waiting before I say something.....but I don't think I can any more. The world of posting beautiful bouquets and stunning weddings is of course where I want to be.......but currently it's looking a bit different, and the stress is starting!!!! The floral world right now is nothing like I have ever seen before. We are in a situation where supply is not meeting demand and we are having orders not fully shipped, product not arriving and eve...n hardgoods are scarce and hard to find. Lots of the farmers did not anticipate the boom in weddings for this year....and there just are not enough flowers!!! For me, originallybooking 2 or 3 tiny intimate weddings in one weekend, have turned into full blown weddings with receptions and additionsand larger orders, so add the flower shortage on top of this, and I hope you can see why the stress levels are peaking!! The world has opened up and has taken us all by surprise!! So my advice? If you are a bride of mine or any otherflorists over the next month or so, please be patient with us. We are over here working out recipes, finding substitutions for your flowers that are just not available, and maybe even working on a back up for those too!!! Please have an open mind, that we may need to slightly adjust your order, but I need you to TRUST US.....we want nothing more then for you to have a beautiful wedding, and we are doing everythingwe can to make it just the way your envision. All of this is so exhausting and stressful, but I would not want to be doing anything else!!!
