From our sister Stephanie about #bellletstalkday Sometimes the hardest part is admitting that something’s wrong, maybe because you don’t want it to be true, or maybe because you don’t want others perception of you to change, but taking that first step, as hard as it is, is so important. Reaching out and finding your support system can really help you make it through your tough days. Changing the narrative about mental health is so important because we need to make that first step of speaking up a little bit easier, and hopefully we can do that together #endthestigma
