Again this year, Port Nelson United Church is doing a winter coat drive. The coats will benefit Parkview Street Mission & Wesley Urban Ministries. They welcome our clean, gently used outdoor winter clothing. Drop off times at Port Nelson (parking lot entrance) are as follows: -Friday November 6 3:00pm-5:00pm -Saturday November 7 10:00am-5:00pm... -Sunday November 8 9:00am-12:00pm (Please be sure coat pockets are emptied, buttons secure, zippers are in working condition larger sizes are in high demand) Call 905 637-5631 with any questions about this event.

Due to the growing number of COVID-19 cases in Ontario and our premier's announcement that we should all stay home and not gather in large groups for Thanksgiving, the Re-opening committee has decided to cancel plans for a Thanksgiving service in the sanctuary. We believe the safety of our church family is our first priority. The YouTube service will be broadcast as usual.
