Double Chocolate Muffins Fresh out of the oven...my kitchen smells amazing! First time tyring this recipe and they came out perfect. My only substitutions were spelt flour, raw cane sugar and dark chocolate chips (equal amounts as called for). You could swap in almond milk but then they aren't camp friendly. It's a bit more sugar than I usually use so next time I will cut the sugar in half. Since they are already half gone "next time" might be pretty soon! As the school year goes on more and more of my homemade snacks seem to be coming back home (uneaten) in the lunch bags. Translation - the kids are getting bored.
