Ive come to the realization that good customer service is hard to find. So when I find it I like to shout out from the rooftop. Joe called me, Monday afternoon, to see what my concern was on my fridge. He was at my house repairing within 2 hours!!! WOW. He was professional in manner and clean cut appearance. While he was working he was explaining and providing tips to prevent future possible issues. He left me with the knowledge of what I needed to do next and get this, wanted me to follow up letting him know all was good! Thank you Joe, Martina
