GET INVOLVED IN A GROUP - Hundreds of groups exist online and offline that really speak to the type of activities your interested in or the people you like to be around. Book groups, the rotary club, social groups and groups specific to the retired community offer a sense of support and companionship for those in need of social time out of the house!
