My Cookie Loves! I know I have been MIA lately - my home is currently up for sale and the showings have kept us out of the house. Life has been very chaotic and my mind hasn’t been my own. I’m still here, I’m still so thankful for each and every one of you and I promise to be back on track as soon as I can be! Good morning my cookie loves! As some of you know, I’m currently separating from my husband. Because of this, I’m looking for a new home for my daughter’s and I. Housing prices where we currently live (Peterborough ON) are crazy high and we may look at neighbouring communities so that I can afford to own my own home by myself. I know this holiday probably looks a lot different this year for many of us. I know for me, it felt really lonely. But at the end of the day, my house was warm, my belly was full and I shared a dinner with 3 of my favourite people Happy Thanksgiving my cookie loves!

We are laughing or we are crying...right?!? So I choose to live, to laugh and to love. This is our lives, we can’t just stop because something hard has been thrown at us. We’ve got this and it’s going to be ok (but let me also say, it’s ok to not be ok some days, the tears come and they are powerful and needed).

Oh florals...I have a love/hate relationship with you! The icing consistency has to be so thick to hold its shape that it’s incredibly hard to pipe. After finishing these guys I had to ice my hand as the cramps were intense! But they turned out so lovely

Would anyone be interested in mini cookie advent calendars this year? They would be boxed as such with 24 mini cookies of all different designs. But they would cost around $65 due to packaging and design. Let me know your thoughts
