Hi everyone our phone line is down, we aren't ignoring you email is still working [email protected].

An update for our valued clients: Our depot locations for sample drop-off continue to be closed to the public, with the exception of a few places. Please contact the laboratory directly if you are unsure if your depot location is affected. Please contact your health inspector if you are unsure about sampling protocol during this time. Due to the current situation we will be reducing our working hours. We will be here for you Monday-Thursday 9:00am - 4:30pm but will be clos...ing on Fridays starting this week on April 3rd. You can still reach us on Fridays at 705-722-5227 if anything arises and you need to sample. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns, or to make arrangements for sample drop-off. Good Morning An update for our clients: it is still business as usual at the lab here in Craighurst with normal hours, but our weekly and monthly pick ups have changed. Most locations that we pick up from are now closed to the public, or we have decided not to send our driver out with an exception of a few locations. We realize this is very inconvenient but necessary to keep all involved safe. If you are trying to drop a sample off at a depot location please give us a call first so we can best advise you of other options. You can still drop off directly to the lab Mon-Thurs 9:00-4:30 & Fri 9:00-3:00, but please do not come if you have traveled or are not feeling well. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello Again. To anyone that uses the Gravenhurst Chamber of Commerce for their water drop-off on Wednesdays, we just found out they are closed as of yesterday until March 31st and will make another decision at that time if the will remain closed further. So they will not be available to drop your samples off. We will update you as information is available to us. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello Everyone Just to let you know it is business as usual here at the lab, regular hours, pick ups, etc. We are monitoring the situation from health officials and will keep going until otherwise instructed. We have increased our already rigorous disinfecting protocol including disinfecting the receiving counter, debit machine, pens after each client. We also have a hand sanitizing station at the counter for your use. We will keep you informed if anything changes. Stay safe and be positive
