Notice to our Customers re COVID-19 On Saturday March 20, Health Minister Adrian Dix reminded British Columbians that self-isolation measures are orders, and are not optional. Any business that cannot maintain 2 meters of separation are ordered to close. We are able to comply with this order WITH YOUR HELP. ... If your controller is in the garage, please open the door and leave it open until our tech has left. Although we have a policy of using hand sanitizer between customer visits, it would be a good idea to wipe down your controller before you touch it. If you need to speak to the technician, please maintain the 2 meter separation. If you have any illness, please refrain from any contact. You can call the office with any questions you may have. I do not know how long we will be able to work as we may be ordered to close as well. We sincerely want to provide service to you and we are trying to comply with all suggestions to help our selves, our families and our community. We will follow all orders as they are issued. Our employees have the right to completely self isolate if they chose and this may affect service levels. Please be patient during this global situation. We know it will pass.
