A work in progress changing out two 23 year old water tanks and a 23 year old furnace and replacing the tanks with an 80 gallon IBC boiler mate ( water heated by boiler) and replacing furnace with an IBC air handler ( boiler heating coil in air handler). Going from 3 gas appliances using 180 000 BTUs to one appliance using 120,000 BTU s if needed. Modulating 95% condensing boiler. Doing our part for the environment and the customer.
