This procedure will now be costly but could have been avoided if nominal mentainance fees where not overlooked. Do not allow this to happen to you we are here to help you. Now, some reading this may think to themselves "OH THIS WILL NOT AFFECT ME I'M IN A HOUSE " this is not ...true and, while it is true that at home the drainage system may not be exposed to the same volume of obstructions going down the drain, it definitely still does. I once had to rip out all the drains of a kitchen sink in a home by Jane and Trethewey because (scheduled mentainance) was not carried out in the system, it resulted in the pipes becoming completely blocked which could not be cleared by snaking or hydrojetting.
