Starting to take some real shape, with an additional 15 yards across, you can see the banks are now starting to take shape, the point at the end of the pond has been removed opening up that whole side. On top the entire side has been levelled out and expanded to meet the field.

Here’s a video on today’s progress at the pond. As you go around you can see just past the dozer there’s a new point being built. This will replace the point to the right and open up the entire far end of the pond. In behind the pond there is now a large area directly behind and after the left they will all become grass for full access to the pond. Also to the left some of the material is being used to build an area large enough for two or three trailers to pull in. The water level looks low right now but only because we’ve not dug down deep enough in the new areas to hit water. Just trying to make sure it doesn’t flood as the work continues.

Looking past 2020, in the last few weeks we are expanding our pond to make 2021 a season to remember.

Release the kraken 16 weeks old The camera work is suspect, but if you watch and listen you can hear the duck call in the background, you can hear the gunshot and then the bird fall. Off the line with no hesitation. The retrieve is about 50 yards.

Waiting patiently. Argus watching waiting for the bird while we do some training at our first open field training day this year. Lots of good folks, lots of laughs and lots of good training tips. Looking forward to the next one. Thank you for the picture Joan Carey

The sun shows through just at the end of the day, a freshly mowed field, with a freshly mowed lawn.

With the uncertainty of the COVID-19 situation continuing, we at Aqua Terra Kennels , would like to extend our sincerest best wishes and continued health to everyone. At a time when we should all be trying to find a way to do our part and pull together I found myself wondering If there’s anything we at Aqua Terra Kennels can do to help. With the limitations on group sizes and the requirement for social distancing it makes it hard to find the right way to do this. With some ca...reful thought on how the following could be delivered, I would like to extend to everyone an offer of distance training. In the areas of canine fitness, conditioning and field work. This would be done on an individual basis with no requirement for age or experience. The goal is simply to give our dogs a job, help keep them active and keep them engaged. I am happy to help in these areas to anyone who is interested. It is my sincerest opinion that now is the time to reach out and help each other instead of focussing on ourselves I would like to offer this distance training at NO CHARGE while we continue to work through this unprecedented time. For anyone who is interested please message me privately and we can start to make some arrangements. Please understand this is not rehabilitation or conditioning of injuries, simply a way to help keep our dogs engaged and active. All services will be based on each individual dog‘s requirements. We look forward to helping in anyway we can. Again we wish you all the best, please stay healthy, and hope to see everyone as the threat becomes manageable. Thank you, Andy Aqua Terra Kennelsennels
