Challenges #4 and #5 have involved skills. Ok, I haven't posted our CV Challenges for a while...trying to navigate online coaching and insurance. So here are a couple of posts to summarize what we've been up to. Challenge #3 was R = REACH. We'd take photos of ourselves stretching at the start of the week and compare to photos at the end of the week, hopefully seeing some improvement. Here are my photos (just a note for gymnasts out there, don't stop stretching, especially once you get to 35-40 years of age, you lose your flexibility FAST).

Although the story is about a couple of clubs in BC, there are so many gymnastics clubs (rhythmics, artistic, acro) that are in the same boat. Coaches are pretty creative so when the time comes to find our new normal, you can bet that coaches and club owners like these will be at the forefront with new ideas.
