Our Little Dragons Karate class has a couple spots open for 4-7 year olds for small group classes starting in March! We are booking free introductory sessions in February where you can see the space, meet us, learn some basics, we'll answer all your questions and you can determine if we are a fit for your family - no cost and no strings attached. February Newsletter has been sent to your email! Thanks to a very small easing of restrictions starting February 8 -we will be doing a mix of online classes and private lessons for February! Private lessons are booked online (through the link in your email) and are on a first come first served basis.... Message, text or email us if you have any questions, didn't receive the email or if you realize the kids have grown since the last time they wore their gear and it's a little snug... We cannot wait to see everyone in February!

Been watching Cobra Kai? We've got something better....the real thing! Kids learn focus, sportsmanship, fitness and so much more in our Karate Program for ages 4-16. We're booking private introductory sessions in February where you can see the space, meet the instructor, learn some basics and we answer all your questions - the perfect way to see if we are a fit for your family! Once we are able to start group classes again (likely March 1) you'll have one of the limited spaces in our program. Message us today to book your introductory session!

We have now been closed over 70 days- and another over 100 days back in the spring. Between those two shutdowns we operated safely- following all guidelines and protocols asked of us- we had no cases and no spread. We can open safely again.

Hello 2021! Check your emails for some great news including the giant online class schedule resuming January 4-11 and some changes to our space and programs. We cannot wait to start sharing....so here's a hint:

It's been a long and tough year for so many and as we reflect on this past year we've realized that we are so very lucky and we are so very grateful for so many things - starting with: Our Family - we've laughed and cried more this year than any other and realized that we love to hang out together (thank goodness - because we've had to spend a lot of time together!). Our Members - without you our little dream wouldn't have lasted through 2020, we love teaching, laughing and ...connecting with all of you. Our Friends - we met in parking lots and brought lawn chairs, we met virtually, we phoned more, we video called, we stayed connected. Our Health - This year we were reminded that we are not invincible - and that we take our health for granted - a little perspective is never a bad thing. 2020 is almost over - although we are stronger, more resilient and more empathetic thanks to the lessons that 2020 brought - we are so grateful that we are leaving this year in the rear view mirror and looking forward to 2021. Happy New Year to all of you - we look forward to seeing you all soon - we hope that it's in person but 2020 also had us learn to master zoom! What are you grateful for?

We have seen the new temporary restrictions that were put out by the Alberta Government today. We are discussing what our programs will look like over the next two weeks.
