Just gonna leave this right here and say - YOU'RE WELCOME Was digging through the freezer today and found these jems that I had made a few weeks ago and forgot about! Chocolate almond FAT BOMBS! The perfect sweet treat! They're high in GOOD FAT...the kind you need to BURN FAT...and are CRAZY YUMMY! I just winged it with this recipe but it went something like this:... 1/3 Cup coconut oil 1/4 Cup Almond Butter 1 scoop chocolate protein 1 scoop Cacao Powder (I use organic) 1/4 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 Cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional) 1/4 Cup cashews or other nuts (I broke mine up. Also optional) Melt on low in a small saucepan on the stove and stir all ingredients together. Then pour into ice cube trays and freeze for an hour-ish and you're good to go! I think that was it! It's been easy to sleep in and start the day gradually. No more. Getting ready to start my #30daystohealthyliving on Monday. Step one: snack prep. These only have 4 ingredients and are low sugar, high protein and fat. Good fats and protein keep you full and prevent sugar cravings. Great for the kids before practice too. I cup almond butter... 2/3 cup #arbonnechocolateproteinpowder 2 to 3 tbsp maple syrup A few tbsp water Mix and form into balls! Sprinkle with sea salt. Add more water and maple syrup until desired consistency is achieved. Versions with oatmeal and rice krispies are available. I decided to go grain free.

I know this isn't very attractive but I just wanted to show you what happens to my skin when I regularly consume things that my body doesn't want. Mainly gluten, dairy, sugar and alcohol.
