People express and receive love in 5 different ways, called love languages: quality time, words of affirmation, gifts, acts of service, and physical touch. When you understand your own love language and that of your partner, child, friend, you can be sure to express your love for them in the way that means something to them. Take a moment to learn your love language and have your loved one take the quiz as well. Share your results with each other, and then commit to showing that person that you care by expressing your love in the way that they receive love. What an amazing way to show your commitment to one another. https://www.5lovelanguages.com/quizzes/
This is a cool article that gives ideas about how to re-invigorate your daily walk. Some fun ideas for individuals and for families too.

For your information... Lifelabs is trying to reduce non-essential laboratory testing at this time as they are one of the labs helping to do COVID-19 testing. If you have blood work through the lab that is not urgent, please consider waiting until things settle down with the pandemic before going to have the testing done. This will help in many ways: 1) it will reduce your potential exposure to the virus by not being in that public space... 2) it will reduce the non-essential demands on the lab so they can focus more efforts on COVID-19 testing 3) it will reduce the number of people that the laboratory staff are exposed to thereby reducing their risk or exposure Thank you everyone for working together toward our greater health.

Remember we are all in this together. We are all experiencing grief over the loss of the world we knew before COVID-19. That grief looks different for each of us. Each person no matter how young or old; no matter what their loss - be that the loss of a family member, the loss of a job, the loss of going to school, the loss of gathering together, the loss of routine, the loss of normal - each person's loss is the worst for them. There is no need for comparison. What we do need is compassion, and empathy for one another. We need to let go of judging one another and judging one another's grief.
