Welcome to September!! We can't believe how quickly time has flown by since we reopened in July! We are presently saying good bye to our friends who are heading off to "Big School" in the next couple of weeks and welcoming back many friends who are returning to care this fall. We wish everyone well as we all face new adventures this school year. Also, a huge thank you to our families for your support of our spring fundraiser!! We apologize that many of you found yourselves self isolating with full cases of chocolate bars....but thank you for helping us raise $1600.00 which will certainly help with P.P.E. costs to date. Have a great Labour Day weekend and safe and healthy fall!!

Hello everyone! Hope you are all keeping safe. We are working together to get our centre ready for Stage 1 Re-opening on July 13. Here's an idea to make use of those lids from the wipes!

COVID-19 UPDATE!!! I am happy to announce that WE RE-OPEN ON JULY 13th!!! Dearest AG Families: Our team is busy preparing for your safe return to Arbour Glen! By working closely with the Ministry of Education, our Public Health Unit and the City of London/Child Care Services, we are implementing enhanced health and safety protocols to welcome back our first group of children (lower numbers allowed at first). ... I want to thank you again for the patience and kindness you have shown us during this unprecedented time. You will be getting a call or email from Cyndee, Charlene or I before next Friday July 3, to confirm your particular start date. If we are not able to connect with you directly, we will leave a message. Please email us or call us back to let us know you received it. We are all very excited to see everyone again at some point, over the next several weeks. Until then, continue to stay safe! Families & Friends of Arbour Glen! We are still uncertain as to a timeline for reopening, and unfortunately it can not be next week. I wish I could give you a firm date, because I know it is frustrating to try and plan or move forward with so many unknowns. There are so many things we first need to have in place. Please know that our Board, our Management Team and our Registered Early Childhood Educators are working together to ensure things are done with only the highest ...regard for you, our families. There are many government/ministry guidelines and restrictions that we need to fully understand before we can implement them. There are also directives from our Middlesex-London Health Unit that involve further polices and protocols before we can reopen. Your patience and loyalty has been greatly appreciated. We have loved all the photos your have sent us! Thank you for sharing your needs and situations with us during our "phone chats". And we've read all of your emails and responded as best we can right now to your questions. Once more is known and worked through, we will be in touch. We want your eventual return to be a safe and positive experience. I truly hope that you and your loved ones have remained safe thus far. Let's remind ourselves that as phase 2 continues to open up our City, we still need to be vigilant in doing our part for continued health and safety. Please take care of each other.
