ARC apologizes for the delay in our website being launched. We are currently working through some network difficulties and hope to be back online soon. Until then, please contact through our facebook page.

Arc was hoping to launch our website this previous week However this could not happen. We're currently working with our web theme provider to enhance accessibility with our website :-) stay tuned, the launch will be soon.

ARC is proud to announce that we have a stable phone service again! Part of being an accessible service is having stability in communications. Please call or text us at the new number! (587)-802-3437. Thank you for your understanding while we sort out the fine details. We are hoping to have our website launching in the next few days; however it will not be full featured. This will be a work in progress, and we hope to have the site fully functional in the coming days. Once the site is launched, more will be discussed about our logo in an official blog posting.
