Hand made custom cover for customers sensor made from .125" thick polycarbonate. 15 bends, done one bend at a time, to within 1mm of tolerance. Must be a record. Fits the unit like a glove.

Finishing touches on the tank. I was just covered with the swarf coming of the router. I had to hand rout the top as my table could not handle the 800+ lbs of the final weight on this beast. Once filled with water this monster will weigh just shy of 7000lbs. Had the driver pose to give a little perspective of the actual size of the tank.

Archer Plastics latest project. A 60" x 60" x 48" tank made from 1" Clear Cast Acrylic for a local TV commercial company. What a monster! Largest water tank Archer Plastics had ever made. Great effort from everybody at Archer Plastics Inc.

Nice little Prototype we made for new customer out of .125 Black acrylic. Turned out pretty good.

Another very difficult project for Archer Plastics Inc. It's a wedge shaped skylight for a private residence. Brought to fruition by the the highly skilled fabrication of Mark Schnurr. Great effort by all.

Evolution of the largest tank Archer Plastics Inc has ever made. From 3/4" flat sheet to complete tank. Duration of build was 2 full weeks. Put our oven and the shop to it's limits but the results speak for themselves. Customer was very happy.

From mold to 3/4" formed acrylic panel for a 50" diameter cylindrical.

More work for the mining industry. The one on the left is close to 6 ft tall and the one in the middle is 36" tall. All welded clear PVC.
