Update! Kimberley Council unanimously supported and adopted our rezoning. A special thanks to the entire community for coming out to show your support, and if you are opposed, we plan to work hard to address any concerns you might have. Change is not easy but necessary.

We would like to thank the community of Kimberley for coming out to support and ask questions at our open house in the Platzl. Kathryn Sinclair (Watkins) joined us and shared stories of her grandfathers (A.A. Watkins) green thumb. He was a school board trustee for 33 years which the school was named after in 1949. We are honored to have the family name as part of our development.

Trickle Creek Golf Course

This project is truly a family effort. Cameron and Amelia are helping Jaret Thompson with building frames and installing our development signs. Also, a huge thanks to Lucas Roach at Big Magic Design on a great job. They worked over the weekend to print out the boards to meet the City deadline. Much appreciated!

Update: We are pleased to announce that the City of Kimberley has granted 1st/2nd Reading on Monday. Public Hearing and 3rd Reading is scheduled for June 1st. Thanks for everyones support. Stay tuned for our Public Open House date!
