A new house with a spacious basement, 2 young kids want a room to enjoy their toys, another room for future office, a washroom, and open concept for the whole family to enjoy watching a movie together,..oh and the dog to run all the way :). with a space for future kitchen.. Enjoy the photos!

Another Challenge, a remodel, the basement was just a sleeping space covered with Carpet!.. and we did this flooring, the Kitchenette to make it a lovely additional space to the house with a nice touch at the main floor with this Stone fireplace!

Another accomplishment here, this huge basement needed a lot of thinking. family of five wants to spend a good time in the basement ..a gym, cinema and playstation space for them and friends, plus 2 bedrooms and 2 washrooms, and of course a kitchenette with dining space, and a special request for a separate entrance from the backyard. It took some good effort to transform this empty space to this magnificent basement with all what you need and more ... enjoy the photos.

Here we go, this basement was basically used as a storage and some kind of a theatre room.. so the dream was to make a good use for the space, making a cinema room with surrounding sound, a 3 pieces washroom, office corner and space for future kitchen and laundry.
