We are happy to announce our return to full veterinary services while still working within the guidelines of phase 1 reopening. Yes, our groomer is back!! Our door remains locked, only your pets are being admitted at this time. But we continue to implement measures to minimize the spread of COVID-19 including social distancing, telemedicine ( Follow the link on our website), curbside pick up of medications and food (order online from the link on our website), PPE, cleaning and disinfecting and infection prevention. If bringing a pet for an appointment, please call from parking lot when here and set pet in carrier provided outside and return to your vehicle so a staff member can safely come grab your pet. Please remain in your vehicle during your pets exam and a DR or staff member will call you when to safely collect pet from carrier. If this is not followed we may be forced to stop providing service to you and your pets. If you are in the high risk category for any reason, please get someone else to take your pet. UPDATE REG COVID-19 Please follow these recommendations to help prevent spread of COVID-19: Please call ahead if you need to collect products from the clinic. This will ensure that items are assembled and ready to collect on arrival. If you have recently been out of Canada or are unwell and need products or an appointment, we will make the necessary arrangements to meet your needs, please call us at 519-538-4898 to discuss this further.... We ask only 1 person accompany the pet for each appointment to minimize contact with other people and staff. Our team is compliant with medical standard practices for hand washing and prevention of disease spread. We have implemented a no hand-shake policy, as well as keeping a 2 meter distance from clients where at all possible to minimize spread of COVID-19, you will also notice a barricade at receptionist desk. We are encouraging clients to use contactless cards OR by paying via credit over the phone. We all have loved ones in the vulnerable category so ever effort must be made to reduce potential spread of COVID-19 so that our health services are not overwhelmed with cases over the coming weeks. We are available to meet your veterinary needs until further notice.

We remain open for business as usual, but have initiated precautionary practices during this time. If any of our clients have recent travel history with any of the specified "high risk" areas we would ask that you inform our Receptionist/Technician when scheduling an appointment or boarding/daycare or gr...ooming times so that proper drop off arrangements can be made for your pet/pets. We use a disinfectant as part of our normal daily cleaning routine and have increased our frequency of disinfecting all surfaces that may be touched by our clients or general public at both locations threw out the day.
