My book this week is about a women name Francesca who is haunted by the disappearance of her best friend name Sophie who disappeared eighteen years ago. Sophie and Francesca have some dark secrets that they only know. Francesca gets a call from Daniel who informs her that the police found Sophie’s remains in the old Pier. The story takes in a small town of Oldcliffe where Francesca returns to help Daniel solve the mystery of her death. The chapters alternate between Sophie in the year of 1997 and Francesca in the present day. This is a great book to read in the fall. The mystery wasn’t revealed until the end which is a sign of a good read. I would recommend this book for anyone who is a seasonal reader who likes to read Mystery Thrillers in the fall time.
