For in-home cleaning, we offer customers the option to go out for lunch or recreate while we clean, and return as we finish to see the wor...k. We have, and continue, to offer etransfer as a method of payment. The return time on the drop off program is slightly longer as we give rugs a 3 day decontamination period. We know times are tough for everyone, families and small businesses alike, which is why we wanted to let you know, that we will still be answering our phones and creating a registry of customers who wish to be called by us when the restrictions are lifted, and our mutual safeties can be ensured. Although we cant do in home visits for the time being, we will still be taking area rug drop offs, no contact pickups, and adding a decontamination period to our time estimates. Should people still wish to get their area rugs cleaned, the prices will remain in the range from 30-60 dollars per rug. Thank you and be kind, be calm, and be safe.

It seems that business is starting to pick up again for the (very early) spring, so we just wanted to remind our customers that we offer a range of services beyond a simple in-home cleaning, including an area rug drop off service, upholstery cleaning, and a Scotch Guard or mold and mildew treatment to pair with cleaning.

We love when people call us to clean the day before their furniture arrives into their new homes. Its so fun cleaning in an empty house, and it removes a lot of that memory that the carpet holds onto from all of the things its been through before you.

Sofas are very time consuming and expensive, so we are only able to do them as part of larger jobs at this time. This white loveseat was part of a livingroom set that also included two area rugs and a full Scotch Guard treatment, which is another service that we now offer. Having Scotch Guard is like having someone hold your drink for you while youre in the bathroom at the pub, it just holds the stain there without absorbing it until cleaning time!

If you look closely youll see that only one cup was dispensing at the time this video was taken, one of them got gummed up by a bit of grit but the other just kept rippin. The traffic area was the landing strip out of a greasy shop, and it came with two big flood stains in a couple of corners, but it all came out

These are our carpets in our own home. Ive been waiting as long as possible to do them and its been about a year, and in that time they have seen absolutely EVERYTHING! Kids and all that they create, muddy boots, bare feet, cats, dogs, and every conceivable mess that comes with a new puppy... and guess what? Its all gone. Making that occasional deep clean mostly painless has always just been down to being diligent about spot treating bad messes right away with a household spot machine, then getting it with the exact right solution later when I hit it properly.

A little bit of wisdom Wednesday Why do we do it? Because we love it! Carpet cleaning isnt just a good arm work out, its satisfying and rewarding, especially the surprised smiles that our customers dont think we see when they sneak in to have a look while were working.

The DHX working some magic on a high-traffic area at a clients house in Armstrong yesterday! The DHX is a specialist machine designed to take all the back work out of removing oily spots and gritty traffic lines. It can be really easy to forget what your rug looked like before years of foot traffic and spills, but seeing the colour come out clean again never ceases to bring a big smile to peoples faces. This ones gone from grey to cream, and I couldnt resist stopping to capture the moment!
