Shamrocks practices start tonight in preparation for the 2020 season.
On behalf of the Armstrong Shamrocks we are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of Danny Proulx. Our sincere condolences to his family and to his lacrosse family. Danny was a true sportsman who loved the game. He always had a welcoming smile, kind word and a firm handshake before every game. ... Danny’s contribution to lacrosse in the Okanagan was immensely valued and he represented the best part of our game. He will be missed.

Any players with kids planning to take in any of the World Indoor Lacrosse Championships - Team Slovakia inviting any boys or Girls from minor lacrosse to be their ball boy/girls for any games
What a wonderful evening of lacrosse in Armstrong Final score 16-5 for the Shamrocks but the score was irrelevant. A super classy group of lacrosse players from Slovakia. Very honoured to host them in Lacrosseville. Fans were treated to some fancy goals, some slick passing plays, fast breaks and great clean end to end lacrosse. Thanks to the fans. Thanks to the Armstrong Ladies Club and to Parks and Rec for making the evening even better.
