A message from the Monashee Mountain Men Secretary - Dave Napper Subject: Passing of John Nissen It is with profound regret that the Board of Directors of the Monashee Mountain Men/Women must advise you of the recent passing of John Nissen on Sunday evening, June 7, 2020.... John fought cancer bravely for a long time, and we are extremely sad that the fight is now over. We would like to think that he has now found peace. Many will know of John's amazing accomplishments in building sailboats, aeroplanes and racing cars. I have attached a write up about one of his exploits. His intelligence and inquisitive mind were always working, as was his ready smile. No arrangements for services have been announced. He will be missed.
