FAQ about online learning: Q. How much space do you need? A. Not much! Remember, it’s just you. Stand with your arms stretched out to the sides, take one step to the side, now to the other side, now take a step forwards and backwards. That’s really all you need! ... Q. Do I need a computer? A. No, you can make it work with a phone, you can make your teacher the main focus of your screen. If you have a tablet or computer that is encouraged. Q. I’m in a space where I can’t wear heels, is that ok? A. Yes. Heels are encouraged for online but because this is new territory, we all need to make it work. Remember you can always wear a thick, chunky, rubber heel too-these are quiet on any floor. Social distancing rules don’t seem to be going away any time soon according to government officials...this is our new, current normal.... With Zoom, we are keeping our 10 week session as close to our regular sessions as possible...... *Classes are LIVE during our regularly scheduled class days & times *We can see you, hear you, correct you, work with you and CONNECT with you just as if we were in the studio *You get a bonus Stretch & Strengthen Video ($15 value) *You’ll also receive 2 online Workshops over the course of the session ($50 value) *AOS HQ provides you with Daily Dose of Sass which gives you even more videos, playlists, self care journals etc. ($200 value) Class caps and sizes remain the same! As per our original email that was sent out on March 14, 2020 we aren’t automatically processing refunds, we need to know via email whether you choose to refund or donate. In this unknown time for small businesses we are asking that if that $20 ticket is not a make or break for your situation that we hope you’ll consider forgoing your refund and consider it a donation to keep our small business afloat during this time. Ticket profits help us to continue to run this program for our amazing army. ***Those of you that have already donated your ticket(s), we cannot thank you enough and it is truly appreciated more than you know. ***Whether you’re donating or asking for a refund we need to know, so please email us with your request: [email protected] ***We are unable to carry refunds past April 10th. If we do not receive an email with your decision by April 10th we will consider it a donation. ***If you choose to refund please note: Any and ALL refunds are processed through PayPal. That is the only way we were (and did) accept ticket funds. If you opted to check out as a guest and use your credit card, it still came through as a PayPal transaction on our end. We do not have a credit card machine, or portal and we also don’t receive anyone’s credit card information. All refunds will be processed through PayPal.
