The culprit was a random pipe that has no destination, dripping on the ceiling beneath it. The mold was so thick, it looked as if it was mud. After the problem is removed we gas it off with CLO2 to ensure all traveling spores are destroyed! This pipe will likely be capped off once a plumber diagnoses its origin lol!
