Tiny fall painting I haven't done an acrylic painting in forever and it felt nice to do something traditional again. Done using the amazing acrylic paints from @artezaofficial I really got to get myself some better brushes though because my God, doing everything with a size 10 shader is really challenging. Marker doodles! My good people, at 26 years of age, I have finally discovered how to use art markers Like I'm not even kidding you guys I didn't use these things for YEARS because when I was a teen I tried a friends set of copic markers (which back then I had no idea how to use them) decided I didn't like them and never gave them another chance I'm so thankful to the artists on YouTube who've made tutorials on how to use these guys. Have a horse talking to an eldritch horror of some kind. After my last kelpie painting I kinda wanted to do another where I just used green as it’s one of those colours I rarely use and the thought of using it exclusively seemed like a really interesting challenge. Eyyy I finally got this thing done! I wasn’t actually going to do One this year because I felt that 2020 really wasn’t my year for art. Even worst than 2019 and I struggled so hard to put that one together too. But then Facebook showed me some memories of the older ones I did dating back to 2015 and I felt almost guilty that I wasn’t going to do one this year. Honestly I have so much to be proud of this year and I’m super proud of the Kickstarter and all the watercolour paintings that I did. I know some people might be surprised to see some of my choices here but I picked drawings that I felt proud of and made me happy vs. full illustrations because they look more presentable.
