The 17th Annual running of the Around the Lake Give 'R Take trail race is in the books--and what a day it was. The rain held off until the very end; we witnessed: determination, grit, speed, performance, smiles, soreness, aches, elation, emotion...and yes, some blood, sweat and tears. Thanks to all who made this possible: 310 participants; a volunteer crew of 60, 16 wonderful community sponsors, Heritage Chiropractic for 1st Aid, and Cultus Lake Parks Board, FVRD, Cultus Pr...ovincial Park and organizations and landowners who allow us to hold our trail race.
