I will be teaching a FREE 3-evening online course on pastures, soils, and grazing. Times = 6-9 pm Pacific Standard Time, Feb. 22-24 (Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday ev...enings). This is being graciously sponsored by the Tualatin Soil & Water Conservation District (an area west-southwest of Portland, Oregon) We'll cover grazing and management intensive grazing, basic principles of good grazing, pasture techniques, different types of forages, forage selection, nitrogen-fixation, soils, fertilizer, soil tests -- very practical, very useful, all based on good science.
