This sweet community art project organized by the Parksville & District Chamber of Commerce and Qualicum Beach Chamber of Commerce will bring 30 beautiful benches to the Oceanside area this summer, before being auctioned off in support of The Old School House Arts Centre, The MAC McMillan Arts Centre, and the two chambers, with the artists receiving partial proceeds as well.

We are excited to announce our FREE Skills-Based Youth Basketball program, for Ages 11 - 16! This program runs Mondays, March 8th - May 10th, from 6:30pm-8:00pm, at the Coombs Fairgrounds Gymnasium. Build skills through dribbling drills, shooting hoops, practicing layups, and more! Balls will be provided, but participants are asked to come prepared wearing clothing they can move in and running shoes. ... Grand Gatherings are events hosted by the Parent Support Services Society of BC for kinship caregivers including grandparents raising grandchildren.
