This is so true. I do not like that exercise is more of a reason to do it. I did this or that the previous night....well you knew you were training plan accordingly, ,,,,,,,,,,,Your shifu will put more effort into students that dedicate themselves because the rest will disappear on their own. They do not have to be the most skilled only the most dedicated because even drops of water eventually wear away stone, but a splash with a bucket accomplishes nothing. Most students are buckets of water.

Here is my senior instructor. I am so proud with his accomplishments and the lives he has touched for the better. A champion of the downtrodden.
