This week I have been dancing in joy a lot. I’ve used music, particularly string music, to move my body as it’s calling me to integrate the waves of change coming through for all of us. This morning the phraseshow me more of the beauty beyond the beauty I think I knowand the poem below is what I wanted to share. May it dance through you with love, and may you dance your dance, sing your symphony of love into expression... I AM LOVES PURE PRESENCE ... I am loves pure presence On this Earth Embodied in this being as truth Sometimes I have been unable to hear the full symphony of truth singing through my cells But she has always been there, even as a tiny whisper She is fed by the light Her song rising up as a gentle wave through the sacred space of my body A symphony being played creating pure harmonies as my being dances in delight Arms flung wide Crying out Show me more of this beauty beyond the beauty I think I know (art & poetry Christine Pensa)

The sweet territory of SILENCE This week’s episode of the @awakenedwomanselfcare Podcast explores the territory of silence and the 4 shamanic questions. As part of my shamanic training and exploration I was introduced to the concept of the Four Shamanic Questions. The idea was that when a person came to a shaman seeking help for dis-ease or in despair, the shaman would pose four questions to bring the person back into ease.... The Fourth shamanic question is... When did you stop being comforted by the sweet territory of SILENCE? Expanding upon the question, the seeker was invited to explore where they had mistrusted or ignored the mystery of their own being. Where had they stopped being an explorer of their own glorious embodiment and its connection to all that is? The shaman posed the 4 questions to the person seeking helpbecause most of those seeking help outside of themselves had forgotten the truthWE ARE you are, I am THE MEDICINE. Sure, we crave connection, assistance and support from others. That doesn't change the fact that our very best medicine, the most bespoke, the most healing medicine comes from clearing away what is not us, and connecting back to our own knowing. What is the best place to connect to that knowing through the distortion?
