We are organizing OpenBOX 2016 at artBOX! This exhibition will run September 19th through 23rd leading up to our final Emerge Market. This is a call for submissions. If you would like your work displayed please contact us a soon as possible

We want to start the week by announcing our 2016 ARTIST LINE-UP! First up is Caitlind R. C. Brown and Wayne Garrett with their participatory sculpture: The De...ep Dark. This piece is "intended to illuminate the interspace between our sacred (and natural) environments and cultural constructs of darkness." Making an appearance in Calgary at this year's Equinox Vigil, they began creating it during an artist residency at The Banff Centre and it's being travelling since. See more

ArtBOX is very proud to exhibit Pink Rules, an installation piece created by Vietnamese artist Quynh May. Pink Rules depicts the oppression and lack of liberty that many people in the world live under. This exhibit will open on July 23rd. More details to come!
