I wanted to thank Sandy Kay for the inspiration I found in her beautiful book- Tangled Web, depicting her latest body of work and the history of Smugglers Cove ...Provincial Park on the Sunshine Coast BC. Love the book, love her interpretation of the bog. I deeply felt the inspiration which obviously guided her in her process. Thank you Sandy for letting me explore the depth of it all. As a result I just finished this painting yesterday. I found such freedom standing in the process openheartedly and letting it unfold.
