The path to self-discovery is the most fascinating, fruitful journey one can take. This workshop allowed me to connect with and understand what truly matters to... me. I was able to identify and work through ‘shoulds’ and ‘have-to’s’ of daily life that occur either as a routine, people pleasing pattern or obligations that I have committed myself to that have absolutely nothing to do with the life I want to live. By connecting to the truth in my own heart, I was able to let go of all of the external ‘noise’ and courageously discover what brings me joy and purpose on my path. In the process, I unraveled and released stagnant energy that was stuck in my body. I realized the crippling power of fear in my life and how it has inhibited me from following through on goals and dreams. I gained tools to change my perception, challenge my beliefs and fears and understand where they are coming from. I also realized that I am worthy of my dreams. For someone who has had a long, painful struggle with my self-worth, this was huge! Group work is powerful. I believe that when I am in connection with others I am able to truly see myself. If you can open yourself up and surrender to this process, it is a hugely valuable journey to take and Kristina is an incredible guide!

My girlfriend and I just completed the Calibrating True North workshop with Kristina, and we had an amazing experience. While neither of us were struggling with... direction currently, what the workshop offered was clarity on what truly matters to us, and then we’ll organized and fun ways to keep those priorities front of mind, and part of our daily lives. The exercises we did were thought provoking, challenging, and interesting to look back at now after the workshop has finished. We completed the workshop in May, and had concerns about social distancing and whether it could be done safely. Our concerns were put to rest immediately with the space provided in her studio, and the procedures Kristina had set up for us all to follow. Whether you want to readjust or explore where you’re at/headed in your life, or want to find ways to squeeze even more from your life, this workshop is for you!

I had no specific destination in taking this program, and, I learned so much more about myself, how I show up in the world and what is important to me...and, a... good part of that was a surprise to me...!! So, even tho I "thought" I knew what I wanted, and was clear about certain aspects of myself...deeper digging and exploration proved otherwise... A delightful space to explore oneself, most ably, gently and insightfully guided with spirit and compassion by Kristina .. See more

Last course for the summer!

I took Calibrating True North in July 2020. So much going on in my life and I wanted to gain some clarity which definitely happened. This is an intense worksh...op. Be ready to open yourself to anything, including the parts you don’t want to see. Be honest with yourself. Kristina is an amazing leader. I would recommend this course to anyone seeking a renewed sense of purpose, a life change, or simple direction with decision making. See more
