Tomorrow we will add some sparkle to the cloudy rainy days by opening this bone dry, natural funky rose from BC by the glass for you. Jay Drysdale is the winemaker and owner of Bella winery. He is a champion of natural wine, and perhaps the first winemaker to put all the ingredients included in each wine on the tag of the bottle. Bella only... produces sparkling wines made with Chardonnay and Gamay Noir, all with a sense of place focused on bottling from specific parcels of vineyard land in order to let the terror shine through. All tables have been separated by 2 metres (6 feet). Patio capacity has been reduced to 20 people max to maintain safe distances. ... 2. Our indoor dining space will remain closed for the time being. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope that in the future, we are able to navigate a confident path where everyone shall remain safe. 3. No reservations will be taken at this time. 4. FOH members will be required to wear aprons during their shift, to sanitize their hands after each guest interaction and to also keep a strict hand washing routine. 5. Guests, if seated, will be required to leave their name, phone number and email address as part of the new protocols for government tracking; if one becomes ill. 6. Tables and chairs sanitized between every guest visit. 7. High touch points sanitized on a regimented schedule. 8. Our updated menu’s have been posted on our Facebook and Instagram. Sanitized Food and Drink menu’s will be available upon request and are posted on the windows. 9.
