Artisan Lockworks received a request from a client to replace their existing hardware with different exterior trim with key access. Was told by most of my suppliers and even the manufacturer that it would be 6-8 weeks for delivery. This was not acceptable to the client, so I widened my search and located one in Ottawa, had it overnighted and it is now installed. Happy client.

Completed this job for a customer yesterday. New door was installed and I supplied and installed new hardware, exit device with exterior trim, door closer, custom bent stainless steel astrigal, reinstall door viewer, and finally match new lock cyl to customer key. Job went very well!
