I’ve had the worst morning. In over thirty years, I have NEVER refused a customer a service and asked them to leave. I completed her brows about six months ago and they looked beautiful so she wanted her upper liner done this morning.... that’s when things went sideways. I don’t understand why people haggle for a better price telling me that ‘the girl’ down the street will do the service for less and insist that I match the price.... I am super clear about my prices before scheduling an appointment, why would someone start haggling before a service? Is this the thing? Yikes!! Thanks for reading my vent.
