July 27, 2020 Dear Business Partner, We are proud to announce that we are changing our trade name and brand identity from Tsunami Glassworks to Soffi Studio. ... This change will be effective August 1, 2020. The name change is a result of a rebranding effort designed to mirror the growth and transformation of our company. We will be operating under the trade name SoffiTM . Tsunami Glassworks Inc. will remain the legal name of our company. Please note that no other aspects of the company structure such as shareholder structure, management, banking details, business/GST number, phone number or whatsoever will change. The new company name will naturally be reflected on all company documents and media with effect from August 1, 2020. As a consequence, our new corporate address will read: Soffi Studio 2440 Central Ave. Windsor, Ontario, Canada N8W4J3 During our 15 years in business, Tsunami Glassworks has been focused on manufacturing decorative blown glass products for commercial, retail and residential use. And as a result, Tsunami Glassworks has worked on high profile interior design projects worldwide and with over 200 major retailers throughout North and South America. In the last few years, our business has undergone a significant transformation; first with the opening of our sister company Soffi Lighting, and then with projects focusing on multi-faceted fabrication. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and welcome you to join us in this new and exciting phase of our company’s journey. We look forward to working with you under Soffi Studio. Sincerely, Eva Milinkovic A close up of a hanger Description automatically generated President Soffi Studio // Soffi Lighting (a division of Tsunami Glassworks Inc.) [email protected] The word Soffi comes from the glassblowing tool, Soffietta, which is derived from the Italian verb soffiare, which means to blow or puff. The name Soffi embodies the very soul of the creative glass blowing processthe breath of the craftsperson.
