Check out my latest video below This sign was made using a frosted acrylic panel with vinyl film for the graphics. It is raised off the wall on stainless steel spacers and caps. Acrylic wall signs with vinyl film graphics are a great choice for companies on a budget because they are one of the most cost effective options for indoor business signs. They also make a great choice for mission statements and company values because the intricacy of including all those tiny letters usually doesn’t allow us to make them 3D (depending on the size of the letters).

Check out my latest video below These letters are 3-D and laser cut, raised off the wall with clear half inch spacers for a floating effect. The sign is made using a thinner quarter inch thick glossy black acrylic for a more delicate look. The client for this project, Tanya, came to us looking for a sign after seeing a similar one we made for her friend at Skin FX Studio. She wanted a sign exactly like the one we made for her friend. We made the installation of the sign... easy enough that the client could install it herself. Tanya's friend at the Skin FX Studio had also installed her sign herself and was thrilled with how easy it was to put on the wall. Check out my latest video below This installation involves removing old individually mounted sign letters from a decorative wood wall, replacing them with a tempered glass panel. We clean up and patch the holes with filler and paint the filler a similar color to the help match knots in the wood. Before doing anything we ensure the wooden slats are securely mounted to the drywall so that they provide adequate support. One of the challenges of mounting this sign onto wood...en slats is making sure the mounts line up properly. Measurements of both the slats and the gaps help greatly. We use a graphic file based on these measurements to create a sign and template that saves us from any unnecessary surprises down the line. The sign itself is made using tempered glass with 3D laser cut acrylic. These are pre-mounted to the glass panel with double sided tape using a laser cut cardboard template. The sign is securely mounted to the wooden slats using 6 decorative stainless steel spacers and caps. Feel free to comment below with any questions.
