I used a filter. The same one that got me through this year. . . . .... . . Many are cursing 2020 and I fully get that, it has been ugly in a million ways, and devastating for so many. . . However, I don’t feel the turn of the clock tonight will change anything. All the change will continue to happen or not happen, within us. We have much to be thankful for, so much to reconcile with and learn from. Let’s be better and do better in 2021. I want to try to ask less of the year and more of myself. It seems to be correlated. Whatever floats your boat . . Do you have a great idea of an art project you would like to do for gift giving but need my help? That’s what I do! And over zoom. .... The young artist (13) wanted to gift her grandfather a painting of his beloved fishing trawler on Lake Champlain. I put together an art kit including a 12x 16 birch panel and we worked through the task over a two hour zoom session. Friends & Family Paint Nights/ Days are a great way to connect and create. All through the ZOOM platform How it works Book an afternoon, morning or evening paint session with us, based on mutual availability.... Choose either Large Canvas Collaborative (24x24, 3x3', 30x40') or individual canvases We provide all the materials (either pick up or drop off) and instruction. Desperately missing your social life? These sessions can be done with more than one household at a time, just all your girlfriends, or you and your mom/ your child and her grandma, apart but not by heart. ABSOLUTELY no experience required Nancy’s class was such fun for all four of our children! Though we had never met in person, we felt instantly connected to her. She kept the classes fun and engaging for our kids whose ages range from 6-13. They learned new painting techniques and really enjoyed the process. It almost made us forget we were in the middle of a pandemic. We can’t wait to come to her studio in the future!
