I am currently working on the preparation of a conference in front of a hundred teenagers to motivate them to become an entrepreneur (A beautiful challenge right? I want to share with some tips that I learned for a successful conference: The most important thing is to be generous! It's not about you it's about them - Think more about the impact you want to create than your own success. - Adapt your speech to your audience (Search information, or simply ask the question w...hy I would attend to this conference? ) - Do not try to be perfect: Be yourself and share your weaknesses with your audience. It makes you more human. - Add a touch of humor and interactions with your audience to your presentation otherwise it becomes monotonous and boring - Have a contagious energy. - Never prepare your speech by heart. Never! Instead, prepare a structure and key ideas and make room for improvisation. Give, transmit and learn ............................................ Je travaille actuellement sur la préparation d'une conférence devant une centaine d'adoscents pour les motiver à entreprendre (Un beau challenge, hein!!) Je profite pour vous partager des conseils pour réussir sa conférence : Le plus important c'est d'être généreux. Ce n’est pas vous le centre mais votre public - Pensez plus à l'impact que vous voulez créer qu'à votre propre réussite. - Adaptez votre discours à votre audience (Faîtes des recherches pour avoir des informations) - Ne cherchez pas à être parfait : Soyez vous-même et partagez vos faiblesses avec votre auditoire. Ça vous rend plus humain. - Ajouter une touche d'humeur à votre présentation et une interaction avec le public sinon ça devient monotone et ennuyant - Ayez une énérgie contagieuse. - Ne préparez jamais votre discours par coeur. Jamais! Préparez plutôt une structure de présentation et des idées clés et place à l'improvisation.
